Booking Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 25 September 2026
These terms apply to consumer bookings and services supplied by Pentagon Protech Film LTD. They should be read together with the quotation or booking confirmation we send you. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
1. About us
Pentagon Protech Film LTD operates from Pentagon Pro Tech Film, Eton Hill Road, Radcliffe, Manchester, M26 2ZS.
Telephone: 0161 764 5000
Email: pentagonppf@outlook.com
2. Quotes and booking requests
Submitting a form through this website is a request for a quote or appointment and does not create a confirmed booking. We will review the vehicle, requested work, availability and any photographs supplied before confirming the scope, price and date.
Guide or “from” prices shown on the website are indicative only. Your final price will be the price confirmed to you by Pentagon Protech Film LTD before the booking is accepted.
3. Deposit and booking confirmation
Once a job is approved, we normally request a deposit equal to 25% of the agreed job value. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Bank transfer is our preferred payment method. Payment instructions and the correct payment reference will be supplied directly to you after approval.
4. Cancellations and changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking.
For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the confirmed appointment, we will normally offer a refund or transfer of the deposit, subject to any reasonable costs already incurred specifically for your job.
For cancellations made within 48 hours of the confirmed appointment, we may retain up to 50% of the deposit paid to cover reasonable losses or costs caused by the late cancellation. We will not retain more than is reasonable in the circumstances.
If consumer law gives you a statutory right to cancel, that right takes priority over these contractual cancellation terms. Where you expressly ask us to begin work during a statutory cancellation period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for work already carried out where the law permits.
5. Vehicle information and condition
You are responsible for giving us accurate information about the vehicle and the work requested. Please tell us about previous paintwork, repairs, refinishing, bodywork, aftermarket parts, existing film, coatings, defects or other matters that may affect the service.
Vehicle wraps and PPF rely on the condition of the underlying surface. We will use reasonable care and skill, but pre-existing defects, poor-quality repairs, weak or non-factory paint and damaged surfaces can affect installation or removal. Where we identify a concern, we will discuss it with you before proceeding where reasonably possible.
6. Timing and collection
Any turnaround time is an estimate unless we expressly agree a fixed completion time. Work may take longer because of vehicle condition, preparation, material availability, curing requirements or additional issues discovered after work begins. If there is a material delay, we will keep you informed.
7. Materials, finish and aftercare
Film choice, finish, coverage and any manufacturer-specific limitations will be agreed as part of the job. We will provide relevant aftercare or warranty information where applicable.
You must follow reasonable aftercare instructions. If you have any concern with the completed work, please contact us promptly so we have an opportunity to inspect it.
8. Consumer rights and workmanship
We will perform our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, contact us at pentagonppf@outlook.com or call 0161 764 5000. Please include your name, vehicle registration, job details and a clear description of the issue so we can investigate.
10. Business and trade work
Commercial, fleet, bodyshop, insurer and trade-partner work may be subject to separate written terms, pricing arrangements or account terms agreed between the parties. Where separate written terms are agreed, those terms will take priority for that work.
