01
Panel-Specific Replacement
Replace film only where the repair has affected protected panels, rather than redoing unnecessary areas.
PPF REPLACEMENT AFTER ACCIDENT REPAIR
Repair the panel. Reinstate the protection.
Had a PPF-protected panel repaired or resprayed? Pentagon can remove and reinstate paint protection film following bodywork and accident repairs, working with private customers, bodyshops, insurers and trade partners.
IDEAL FOR
REPAIRED PANELS
RESPRAYED PANELS
ACCIDENT REPAIRS
BODYSHOP REFERRALS
INSURANCE WORK
WHY THIS MATTERS
PPF should be reinstated properly after repair work.
When a protected panel is repaired or repainted, the original film often needs to be removed. Pentagon can restore the protection once the repair is ready, helping return the vehicle to the condition and protection level it had before the damage.
02
Bodyshop Coordination
We can work directly with repairers and trade partners to coordinate removal, cure time and reinstatement.
03
Match Existing Protection
We review the existing installation and vehicle finish so the replacement work integrates properly with the rest of the car.
04
Insurance & Trade Enquiries
Dedicated route for bodyshops, insurers and accident-repair businesses that need repeat or referred PPF replacement work.
THE PROCESS
Simple handover from repair to protection.
The exact process depends on the repair, paint cure requirements and whether Pentagon is dealing with the vehicle owner, bodyshop or insurer.
1
Send the repair details
Tell us which panels were damaged, repaired or resprayed and upload photos where possible.
2
We review the job
We confirm what PPF needs replacing and whether any removal or prep is required.
3
Coordinate timing
We agree the right point after bodywork and paint cure for the vehicle to come to Pentagon.
4
Reinstate the PPF
The repaired areas are protected again and the job can be closed out with the customer or trade partner.
